“It is good for short term stay”
Good location if you need to be close to the cruise terminal . Check in was quick and easy. Staff is amazing especially housekeeping . Overall I was satisfied with the stay at Maya Hotel .

“Lovely hotel”
Lovely location close to the Queen Mary. Very comfortable room with balcony and sea view. The pool restaurant and bar areas were very enjoyable with friendly staff

“Awful”
Nothing, I booked a garden view instead for the worst view of cranes in the port, room was not clean, stains all over the wallpaper in the bathroom, faulty plugs in the room, lightning very poor in the room, room was not at all clean, dust all around beds , would not recommend this hotel, when brought to reception attention we were meant to have a garden view , they blamed booking.com for advertising incorrect room

“Called the manager and left a voicemail- never heard back.”
We got the wrong room two times, both rooms we got first were dirty and had left over room service food all over the place. Called the front- took over 30 minutes to get another room that was clean, after that they took off without leaving us keys, so I had to go to the front to receive keys (its not a close walk) around 1am.
