“Decent , nothing special”
Place was clean however compare to other stay bridges, London's price is overpriced. Received king suite for husband's hotel and priced up too much. We went to Guelph staybridge not only did they offer more than just a cheap water bottle at the front desk but there was make up wipes, paper towels not just tissues , dishes and cups, an oven, and even complimentary snacks ... Guelph was cheaper. Just goes to show what's given is more a business gain (in this case saving money) as oppose to excellent customer service.. wouldn't recommend paying into a king suite in London

“TOTAL BS. NEVERCAGAIN!”
I never got to stay! They refused to give me my PREPAID ROOM via my CC because I had to CC tap for the security deposit if $50! The insisted I use my pin #. I couldn't remember my CC pin. I never need to use it. Manager refused. I tried giving cash and they refused that too? I tried calling Booking.com and got an AI bot🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬! Total BS! I went next door to Hilton suites. They looked after me. Never again! This hotel or Booking.com owe me $150!

The hotel was very nice, quiet rooms did not hear others. Great little kitchen if we were staying longer would have used that. Breakfast was good. Lady at front desk when we arrived was friendly and helpful. Would stay again

Staff were great and accommodations were perfect for our stay. The pool was a little cool, but was still nice to be able to have access to it. The breakfast was great and had lots of options. It was also nice to have the kitchen in the suite.
