The entire staff was incredibly friendly but the main positive aspect was the ambiance in the Savannah. The views are unforgetable.

“Fantastic Experience”

Really amazing experience ✨and really great value. The staff are truly lovely and attentive. The food was fantastic and the drumming / singing / fire 🔥 at the end of the evening felt like a really special African experience. Staff also arranged an onward private driver at a reasonable cost onwards to Dakar ✨🙏🏽 I would recommend this experience, it will be in our hearts for a long time ❤️

“Excellent experience with fantastic staff.”

This is a desert encampment. The individual tents are spacious with outdoor bathroom screened from the neighbours. The meals were excellent. We too, the quad b,e trip to the beach which room over an hour and was great fun.

The driver arranged by the camp, Mamma, was so lovely and thoughtul. Thank you Mamma!

Beautiful set up on the dune, great staff and good food ! We did the tour with Amadou and the jembe class, both amazing.

The emplacement in the middle of the desert was beautiful, the skyline and sunset were breathtaking. Activities were appreciated. The food was well taking care of and the drivers are welcome to stay. Enjoyable concerts after dinner.

We were given a fantastic chance to live in desert tents and enjoy genuine local dishes. I was quite anxious about the biting cold at night, but the luxurious down quilt was so warm and cozy that it made me forget all about the chill.

The location is amazing, set in the middle of the desert close to the seaside, it is an oasis of peace and relax. The light at sunset is wonderful. Great staff, always ready to help. Soghi is a wonderful guide, very knowledgeable about the area and the its vegetation and a great 4 wheel driver.

“To be remembered”

This was a special experience in beautiful suroundings. I would have liked to stay two nights in stead of one. Then we would have done the camel riding. These people manage to make a beautiful place in the midle of the desert were life is hard.

“Relaxing desert-stay cut off from the world with amazing food”

We loved our stay at Camp Nomade. The views are spectacular and we really felt 'cut-off' from the world.... but in a good way! We liked not having internet and seeing the sunset and the stars overhead. We also really liked the food, both dinner and breakfast - they were very generous servings - and delicious! The staff were also exceptional, from the waitress to the men who played the djembe around the campfire after dinner. Thank you! Oh and we really enjoyed the outside bathroom, was nice having a shower in the sunshine!

The location is in the middle of the desert! It was very remote and very peaceful. The staff have food planned out, no menu, and provided a night program and camel rides.
