I would describe this place as very friendly. I arrived late, and the hosts warmly welcomed me and explained the conditions. My card payment went smoothly. The place is quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was carefully prepared, the rooms were clean, and the price was good!

“A great place and fantastic food.”

An unexpectedly large suite with sitting room two bedrooms and bathroom. The food was fantastic and the 3 course evening meal was great value. The food is all home cooked with ingredients from our hosts own garden. We would stay again just for the food. Our hosts were very charming and attentive to our needs.

Welcoming and comfortable. Very cute owners with amazing cooking skills. I felt very safe and the breakfast was very good. Cozy bed, all in all recommendable.

Excellent friendly hosts. Large clean en-suite room. A nice garden to the rear where you relax with a cup of tea or a beer (bring your own beer). Good breakfast. We opted for the three course evening meal prepared by the host which was top class. Location close to Arcen (7 minutes by car, 18 minutes by bicycle), the impressive Castle Gardens and the River Meuse. A helpful tip from the host to park in Arcen and walk to the gardens (10 mins) much appreciated.

Very good service -- shockingly good. The bathroom in the room was very good by Scandinavian standards, and basically impossible by Dutch standards. I don't think I've seen such a well-built bathroom in the Netherlands in 20 years of traveling there.

Decent bed, the air-conditioning unit was a pleasant surprise, nice bathroom/shower, good breakfast, good location, great host.

The host welcomed us, helped to hide the bikes for the night and showed us around the facility. We immediately felt at home, we could use the kitchen facilities, the bedroom was very comfortable and clean, as was the bathroom. Excellent breakfast, many locally produced products, everything was delicious, fresh and presented very aesthetically. We have only nice memories from our stay.
