Clean and comfortable apartment with a beautiful sea view. The host was very kind, friendly and helpful — he waited for us upon arrival. He always responded quickly whenever we contacted him. The room and bathroom were very clean and well equipped, and we had enough space for our family. We enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi very much. The nearby beach was nice, clean, and suitable for small children, but also offered the opportunity to swim or snorkel in peace. I was surprised by the number of fish swimming there, even though I had read about them in previous reviews.

He always responded quickly whenever we contacted him. The room and bathroom were very clean and well equipped, and we had enough space for our family. The pool looked great, although we did not try it because it was still pre-season, but we really enjoyed the jacuzzi and the small playground.

We chose the place primarily with regard to our small child. So the pool, trampoline, slide, and swing were a great help :) The nearby beach was nice, clean, and suitable for small children, but also offered the opportunity to swim or snorkel in peace. I was surprised by the number of fish swimming there, even though I had read about them in previous reviews. It was evident that some aspects of the accommodation were a bit older. However, everything was clean and well prepared for guests. I would say the standard here is somewhat higher than what is usually found in Croatia. The hosts were very friendly and even organized a pool party for the children during our stay, to which we were invited.

The view is splendid. It's like waking up on the beach. The pool was great when the waves became strong. Great view of the mountains from the pool and jacuzzi.

“Pleasant stay at the artistic house”

Rooms were cozy and comfortable, ours was overlooking the sea. The beach across the street is great, there is an underground tunnel which leads to it if you don't want to cross the street. Both hosts were kind and cooperative, I got fast replies when I had questions. There is a restaurant next to the building, the menu is seafood-oriented, but other types of cuisine could be found, too. If you need markets, there are several at a distance of a 5-minute drive. On the final day, we got a beautiful present by the hosts. I've noticed that the halls and the rooms were filled with painitngs and other artistic pieces, it was great walking around.

A good option for 1-3 nights, comfortable room, modern and clean with a little balcony with sea view. Very nice owner. The building is right by a good restaurant and a very nice pebble beach is just across the road. You must consider that the balconies of the rooms are right one by another so if you get very energetic and loud neighbors, you will be noticing them a lot. There is shaded parking space by the apartment but it is a steep driveway, so less experienced drivers can be intimidated (you can also park by the road across the apartment with no problems).

Great view over the ocean. You can use a tunnel under the road to get to the beach. I liked the hard mattress but my wife didn’t. Very friendly people that didn’t mind us bringing our 2 small dogs.

We spent a week in a studio. Everything was clean, the beach is very close. From Lokva Rogoznica people can easily discover the bigger cities (Omis, Majarska, Split), but it is a calm village. The absolut extra was the kindness of the host.

Amazing place and hosts! We love it here and staying not the first time either. In short, they have everything what is needed for a great vacation next to the Croatian coast. Appartment has a mini kitchen, air conditioning, it's spotless clean and comfortable. Also there was a balcony to enjoy sunny mornings or moonlight above the sea(exactly what I did). Beach is right next to appartment as well. They also have great parking. We just have best things to say about this place and hosts. Thank you for everything! Definatelly coming back. As a bonus there is really great restaurant nearby to taste Croatian dishes and it's also very popular among locals.
