“Very afforable, nice place to stop in and rest and free parking!”

The check-in times until midnight helps SO MUCH for road trips, especially if theres accidents on the highways that can add multiple hours to your areival time (like my arrival). The host is very accomodating, the place is a quaint beautiful place and the breakfast was nice. No complaints, I would stay again if I was passing through!

Mirjan (the host) was very forthcoming and friendly! He even speaks some german. We were on the via alpina, the location of this place was perfect for us and for one night. We probably wouldn't have wanted to stay more than one night. The room was rather dark and packed, and the overall situation of the different rooms was rather makeshift. We had a room and bathroom on our own. The breakfast was great. While booking we were a little confused by the different names of this B&B on maps and booking.com.

1. The cheapest accommodation around Trieste. 2. 20 min drive from Barcola public beach (Spiaggia pubblica di Barcola). 3. No crowds, no traffic jams, no noise. 4. Nice countryside cottage. 5. View at hills and the home gardens. 6. Very nice personnel - we received help in the morning with cleaning the dew from our car's windows in 5 sec. Thank you! ;-) 7. Very fast check-in and check-out. 8. Very good room temperature. 9. Part of the town, close to the petrol station and Lipica Stud Farm. 10. Many, many, many interesting TV channels. 11. Clean, neat, looks like we were in Austria or the UK.

Family atmosphere, friendly hosts. We have been staying olny one night, but we slept really well.

Our host was very kind and friendly, he answered all of our questions and prepared a lovely little breakfast for us. Because the rooms is not located at the same location as the reception he took us there by his own car, so nice of him! I would definitely book there again :)
