“Another great stay, beautiful apartment, mountain views from private balcony”
The apartment is beautifully furnished with spectacular mountain views from the private balcony.. Large 3 bedroom house, well equipped with everything you need and more,. The beds are comfortable and the master bedroom has its own bathroom apart from the other one.. The living room has 2 sofas and a coffee table, with a large table in the dining room. The WiFi is good, usually about 15-30 Mbps and nearly always stable. The kitchen has so many utensils, blender, large fridge and cupboards. The buses are every few minutes nearby i and it's a 10 minute journey to town, and 5 minutes from the bus terminal which is less than $3 by taxi. You can enjoy magnificent views and sunsets from the balcony. There's a shop next door that sells everything including fruit, veg, meat and chicken.

“Another great stay in this beautiful spacious apartment”
I love coming back here when I'm in Loja because you have your own private balcony with incredible mountain views, and the huge kitchen is a chef's paradise with everything you need. Large living room with 2 sofas, and big dining table and room. Comfortable beds and pillows and 2 bathrooms. There's a little shop 2 doors away and the bus is 5 minutes walk to town and only 30 cents! The internet is good, usually between 15-20 Mbps, although it does drop down or out sometimes, usually only a few seconds so not a problem unless you have important work online

“Beautiful mountain views from balcony, spacious apartment, excellent amenities, price & location”
This apartment is very comfortable and spacious with beautiful mountain views and sunsets from the balcony, and mountain views at the back from the master bedroom and the well equipped kitchen. It has all the amenities you could ask for and good WiFi. It's 5 minutes walk to the zoo on the main road where taxis and buses are easy to find, although you'll need a taxi back unless you enjoy a steep 5 minute walk uphill which I enjoy if I don't have shopping. Beds are comfortable, hot water.. and a TV for those who like it, but I prefer their exercise machine! There's a shop that stocks everything including fresh meat next door but one with very reasonable prices.

“ok and value for the price”
spacious and obviously Ecuadorian style kitchen was well equipped electric stove good view of the city lots of furniture to relax on two full bathrooms with widow maker showers
