Overall location, the apartment setup was nice, loft upstairs, over sees the parking area and on the other side the pool area and gaming equipment, 1/2 bathroom also in loft. Rooms were nicely set up as well. Beds were comfortable, A/C in each room, works well, cold.

“Wouldn’t stay there again. Had an okey time because we tried to make the best of it but could have gotten a better place”
Close to a nice beach. Pools okey but could be cleaned and maintained a little better. Nice guard at gate but owner hadn’t provided our information as promised so had to wait one hour in our car (in the heat) for check in before the guard got a hold of the owner.

“Great location, however hygiene and staff falls short”
We recently stayed at this apartment, and the location couldn't be better for exploring Fajardo, El Yunque rainforest, and San Juan. The lagoon and beach nearby are delightful, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. Plus, the availability of towels for both the beach and shower added a nice touch.

“TLC needed”
We loved the pools, we travelled with 2 young kids, they had a great time swimming all day. Our room was located right near the private beach, a short walk that was nice. The pools were clean for the majority of our stay, last 2 day the pools were dirty due to overnight rain. We didn't see any staff around cleaning the pools and surrounding areas. We found lizard feces around the pool which wasn't cleaned for a couple of days. Location is nice, you do need a car to stay at this hotel. Our room was spacious.

The apartment was big, comfortable with a nice pool view. It was situated withing nice resort with lots of pools and hot tub and by the beach. We really like the atmosphere over there.
