A very unpleasant experience we experienced for the first time. We checked in through booking, we paid directly and added that we will arrive at 11-12pm. When we arrived, there was no one and no phone calls were answered and we had to spend the night in the car. In the morning, the employee was rude and did not even apologize for it! We asked if we could get a refund or a discount. The answer was then no. If we asked if we could eat and wash. The only answer was that you need to be out at 10. Very sad experience!
