Front desk Chad was not very personable or helpful. Said he didn’t know if breakfast would be served bc it was under construction. Didn’t help to find out. Construction pounding over our room for an hour.

“Good place to stay”
Location was good. Had a couple restaurants and bars within a block. Avg 15mins for most of the sites In hocking hills park.Staff was really nice.

“The hotel attendants were very pleasant, the location was nice and room was comfortable and quiet.”
Everything seemed to be working (drink machines, pancake maker,etc.) And hot foods hot..cold foods fresh. The attendant was pleasant and right there for assistance if needed. The area was kept very clean.

The breakfast was great. There were so many different options. I always like to add a protein to my breakfast and there were several options.... eggs, bacon, sausage. There were so many options for breads, waffles, danish.

“Not as advertised”
I booked a king bed and when I arrived was told there was only a queen available The pool was not heated, the water was ice cold The breakfast was lackluster and bland, both mornings out of certain food, no plates, ate out of plastic to-go lids.
