Overview
Ideally set on the banks of the Indre river, in the heart of an extraordinary medieval town and facing the Logis Royal, the residence is made up of former flour-mills that have been fully renovated and small contemporary buildings, built in perfect harmony with the natural surroundings. It features very comfortable apartments, close to the city centre. Visit the many nearby attractions of this Town of Art and History. Benefit from a great starting-point to explore the castles of the Loire Valley (known as Châteaux de la Loire). Baked goods can be delivered to your apartment if requested in advance. Stunning view from the balcony, location, possibility to park not far for free. The residence is adjacent to the railway station, so you could visit some places without a car. But the station is tiny, so no disturbing noise from it. The market takes place 5 min away on foot.

Family of 4 stayed for a week. The location is amazing, the pool is lovely, and the view is lovely. The kitchen is really good. Free parking which is fantastic. The value for money is fantastic

The location is fabulous. We loved being in the centre of town. It was nice to be able to walk to bars, shops and restaurants. Be sure to book a room with a balcony / garden or you will have no outside space at all. As after the pool closes there is nowhere else to sit outside on site. Apartments were well equipped, especially with kitchen utensils. We made use of the Navette to the zoo / Château's that stops right outside and is excellent value.

“Nice hotel and very central to the town.”
The property at first glance appears to be smart and modern. Our room was ground floor and had a terrace looking towards the pool. The patio door broke whilst we were there and the hotel handyman came to repair it immediately. There was a dishwasher and a fridge; ideal. The kitchen area was compact but adequate. Plenty of storage areas for clothing and accessories. The bedroom is at the rear of the apartment and consists of just two narrow single beds. The hotel is very central to the lovely town. It has parking to the rear of the buildings which is free and is reasonably secure.

“Great location”
The location is excellent. Nice surrounding villages and you can easily walk into town where there are bars, restaurants, lovely bakeries and market on Wednesdays. Possibility to cook in the apartment as well if you don't want to go out every night. Kitchen is fully equipped. There is free safe parking for the guests. The first apartment we had booked was very small (view on the pool/reception area), luckily we were able to upgrade to a larger apartment and view on the mill basin (which does cost more money of course). Swimming pool is nice to relax but can get very hot as well. Even with the umbrella it can be difficult to find shade.

Everything is superlative - easy access from the city, only a few steps from the historical center, large parking behind the complex and, above all, a superb panorama of the castle.
