Beautiful setting, big apartment with very spacious living room and bedroom. Has a park of the compound and pet friendly. Very near to the town centre , railway station, river bank and restaurants. Good private parking.

The staff were really nice, they even spoke German which is not common in the area. The food and the service at the restaurant were great. I can only recommend it. They had food and water bowls for my dog in the room and a little gift for him. Which he really liked. There was one fan in the hotel room, to cool it a bit down. The balcony was huge. If it hasn’t been so hot I would have used it way more.

The location was fairly central - 5 minutes walk to downtown. The service, amazing food and facilities were excellent. The parking was inexpensive. The apartment was massive and very quiet. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The swimming pool was very clean and refreshing. The balcony had great furniture for relaxing on too.

I have stayed here many times but there was changes that I did not see. Before when you paid you had parking and breakfast included. This has changed and I was not aware. So if you are booking make sure you take deal with all or otherwise you will pay more.

Very friendly and welcoming staff at check-in and at the restaurant. Good location close to the center and convenient ground parking. Useful Ticino ticket for free public transportation. Plenty of choice for breakfast that was included in the rate. Really quiet surroundings with a beautiful green garden. Great stay I will gladly come back.

Great hotel not far from the train station and within walking distance of the Piazza Grande, if you're there for one of the festivals in Locarno. Exceeded expectations in that I got a mini-apartment, not just a room – kitchen, balcony and all. Because the hotel is within a retirement home, it's amazingly quiet. Not the usual thin walls and loud comings and goings of other guests. Bliss. The bed was comfortable, too, which is rare. Staff were incredibly friendly. Highly recommended!
