Modern, newly renovated, smart hotel. Overall exprience was great. Check-in and self service system is worming good. They have complementary water, hot water, fruits and ice at the common area.

“Chilled”
Very clean and well maintained. Modern lighting with roller shutter on windows. Air conditioning in room for the summer. I stayed in a room with lake view and balcony, which was quiet at night. Staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Good location next to Muralto train station and only short scenic 15 min walk to Locarno centre. Complementary drinks in the fridge. Complementary Ticino ticket for trips to Lugarno and Bellinzona, only 30 mins away on train. Plenty of good cycling routes for exploring. Parking nearby approximately 6chf per day.

“Excellent cozy setup.”
Highly efficient process and setup. Superb space management. Rooms with the balcony had sun directly into the room, which was superb. You could ofcourse shut the sun by two layers of blinds including one being blackout blinds.

“Family friendly for stay”
The room is really modern and clean. Free drinks in room mini bar. Self-check in is easy but may need to note the room number if you have a multi family at a once like us. The parking lot outside is just a minute by walking. Train station is only 3 minutes by walk. Area around is quiet and it’s easy to find the location. Next day morning check out is also easy and the staff is really friendly. Definitely will come back when we travel to Locarno.

“Great for a 2 night stay!”
I thought the room and bed looked on the small side but I was pleasantly surprised by how well we slept here. This was honestly the best 2 nights’ sleep we have had in a queen sized bed. The mattress absorbed any movement from my other half and was clearly very good quality. The room looked functional but was cleverly laid out and the shower was excellent. Sebastian was extremely helpful with the check in and check out process and giving us advice on what to do in the area. We were very happy with our choice of hotel.

“Perfect base to explore Ticino!”
The room was bright and nicely designed. Bed is very comfy and you can black out the windows. Train station is around the corner in case you dont come by car. Very pleasant stay!

“Super location, beautiful rooms.”
Easy check in, comfortable room with everything you could need and a beautiful view of the lake. Transportation close by, or an easy walk along the lake into Locarno. I’ll be back!
