“Good hotel but out of town”
Room was as advertised - lot of space, nice bathroom with a shower, refrigerator and basic kitchenette. Parking was available for free. We used Loano as a base for excursion to Sanremo and Albenga.

The welcoming receptionist was kind and helpful for the bags. The room was very spacious specially the balcony. It was clean and the cleaning lady was kind. The breakfast buffet is varied and tasty.

“3 only because the some staff like Julia and the manager listened to our feedback.”
Do not have mega expectations from this hotel. It's ok, facilities are ok. No proper signs up. Some staff can be abrupt. Julia the receptionist is very helpful and manager is also good to talk too. It's a dated hotel and they can't handle big group bookings.

Breakfast was great with all the option from sweet to savory. Room had a small kitchen with all the necessary equipment so you could prepare anything you wanted in there. Pool was awesome and the gym was good too. Small football (4vs4) pitch, beach volley court and padel court. Overall what a great place to spend your holidays with plenty to do also in the hotel area.

“Expensive and disappointing stay”
Our room - especially the kitchen facilities - seemed very worn. The kitchen doors hung and the hobs on the stove only worked one at a time. Some kind of shielding on the terrasse would have been lovely - instead everything was very open and not private at all, and the sun was way to strong making it impossible to stay there in the daytime.
