Perfect place to stay. The owner is very helpful and friendly. Free access to the community swimming pool and gym. Restaurant and supermarket in place. Very quiet place during nights.

“A great location”
First floor self contained apartment on a gated golf course urbanisation. The location is convenient to airport (Murcia International Corvera), cities including Murcia and Cartagena with train link at nearby town of Balsicas. Beaches including Los Alcazares, Spar supermarket on site. Restaurant at golf club house. Restaurants drive off site. Apartment was clean, well serviced with towels, cooking and cleaning products, television, air conditioning and heating. Quiet area with view of golf course from living room balcony. Balcony has seats and table and chairs.
