Everything was disastrous. From the moment you walked in, there was a strong smell of mold. The room was dusty, dirty, with a filthy floor and an unsanitary bathtub. I slept five hours, but I would have been better off sleeping in the car.

I loved the look of the hotel, it's super quirky and whimsical. The receptionist were super helpful and welcoming. The log fire was a lovely touch. Our room was clean and incredibly comfortable. Also the view from our room over the pool was nice.

Had character but was in need of a bit of TLC. Breakfast was nice. Had several eateries in walking distance including their own restaurant which was excellent. Also liked the secure parking on site for our motorbikes.

“Pleasant stay and staff were all lovely but I probably wouldn’t recommend it stay again.”
Location was good and they had a pool so it was good for our family. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

A wonderful experience! The hotel is full of clever imaginative decor, instillations, and artefacts. Themed, decorated bedrooms were amazing. As motorcyclists, we were so impressed with the "Route 66" room. (Special thanks to receptionist Juan). Excellent shower. Comfortable bed. Complimentary tea, coffee, water, and snacks. Air conditioning was greatly appreciated. Very good breakfast. Dinner in the adjoining 'El Tram' restaurant was excellent. Good parking with the option of having supervised or unsupervised.
