Valentin and Jesus, his son, were so nice with us, always smiling and giving us advices. The location is great, in a quiet place, and perfect for resting during few days. The meals were also very good. The collectivo were on strike the day I had to leave to Puno, and Jesus found a solution without asking him ! Don’t even hesitate to book a journey there.

The view from the room (9) was amazing, overlooking a small garden and the hotels Alpaka directly onto the lake. It was entirely tranquil and the most relaxing spot we saw in Peru so far. The breakfast was lovely, with hand made fried bread and the dinner was freshly made and super good as well. If you're looking for a place away from the trouble of Puno this is it.

Very comfortable room with speedy wifi and solid breakfast. The location is excellent with wonderful views over Titicaca. The host family helped us arrange transfers and boat tours to the islands at fair prices. Communication with the owners before arrival has been easy .

Beautiful accommodation, clean and comfortable. Large room with en-suite. View of the lake. Good Wi-Fi, clean spaces. Staff were very friendly. They brought us homemade donuts made with the milk from their cow.

Amazing stay for our three days in Llachon, Lake Titicaca. The hosts were friendly and went over and above for our stay. They organised our tour to Uros, the floating islands and Taquile Island. They came with us to interpret as we only spoke english. The room was warm and very comfortable. The shower was warm and clean. We ate meals there at a very reasonable price. The food was very good. We met other guests from other countries and had an excellent time. We would highly recommend this property and thank the hosts for an excellent stay.

Very peaceful place, perfect to discover the countryside around lake titicaca. The rooms are so comfortable and with an amazing view of lake titicaca. It was very easy to get to the casa de Valentin with collectivos.

“A lovely family run place at the most tranquil spot at Lake Titicaca”

The location is simply beautiful, tranquil and very close to the lake. You can easily walk to the nearby village centre to buy basics like water, etc. Our room had a good view which will be gone soon as they are building more houses and they will obstruct it. Jesús was extremely helpful and trying his best to make our stay perfect. He recommended local hiking trails and always checked if everything is okay. You can hire a Kayak which we did, as well as a sailing boat to visit Taquile Island.

Valentin and his family where extremely welcoming. We had the best night of our holidays in Perù, the bed was so confortable. The little village of Llachon which can be reached with a little walk, is very cute and away from any touristic agitation. The food they serve is amazing too! To be short, don’t hesitate and stay at la Casa de Valentin, it’s perfect 👍🏻
