There was dirt on walls in kitchen area. Burners was rusted asked for another room and it was the same, except this time Urine was in toilet with seat up, burners still completely rusted out. Room wasn't cleaned and phone was so nasty when I picked up to dial front desk I have pictures of EVEYTHING

I did not like anything about this place. It was filthy and loud, and the staff was not friendly. They are possibly overworked and underpaid.

I walk in the room an walked right back out I went to the front desk for a refund but my money still have not come back on my card it says I’m my email I stayed a night an I didn’t stay at all I want my money back

I asked for a 1st floor room when I booked 1 1/2 month before I arrived and I was put on 2nd floor. As a senior with high blood pressure this was NOT a good situation for me.

The room had dead flies at inside windows and sticky substance splashed over one wall. Also, the cement was crumbling on outside porch on the third floor, this is dangerous. Moved out of room and Cancelled reservation but hotel will not refund money that was paid in full at check-in
