We wanted to rebook the room for a day later. According to information that would not have been a problem and a room was still available. No answer for days. Then we had no other choise but to cancel and asked for a reduction in the fees, no answer here either. We finally called and were told there was nothing they could do for us. So fully paid for no service. Absolutely not okay.
