“Good location”
We stayed towards the end of September. Good location in Livadi and very near to the quiet and beautiful small beach (Livadia) and local food shops. It was helpful to have a small safe provided in the room. Very good to have had a small expresso coffee maker in the room as well as a kettle, refrigerator and basic crockery. Balcony was good...though unfortunately due to the high winds at the end of our stay, we were unable to use it for the last few days.

“Good”
Location was very convenient close to port and main bus stop. The lady in charge was very nice and I could drop my bag after checking out.

The room was exceptionally clean and it was cleaned daiyly. Also, the staff were always so friendly and welcoming. We had no issues checking in, the location was really good and a big plus was the view of Chora from our balcony!

This was a return visit - and I hope to come back. Well placed in Livadhi and near everything in the port, but quiet. Handy for the nearby beaches.

“Great location. Lovely owner.”
The studios are well placed for the town & it’s tavernas, the superb Livadakia beach and the port. We were on the 1st floor & from our balcony had a lovely view of the town & also Chora, the capital, which is perched high on the neighbouring hill. Evi who owns the accommodation is really friendly and makes you feel really welcome.

Kalliope was very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day including the balcony. Good shower, good bed. Little kitchen. Good view of town (room 1). Very short walk to port, to beach, to town.

The room was spacious and had a good sized balcony with a pull out drying rack for clothes / beach towels. The location was also really convenient, being a short walk from the port, into town, or to Livadakia beach.

“Fantastic place to stay in Serifos”
A great place to stay - perfectly placed in Livadi; clean apartment well-equipped with a nice balcony. Handy for the port amenities, but set back far enough for noise not to be a problem. Really handy for the great beach at Livadakia. Hope to come back.

“A great stay”
Our ferry arrived later than expected. The owners waited for us and greeted us with a smile, despite our lateness. The room had everything we needed for our stay. The balcony was perfect for sitting with a cold drink and a book. Everything was within walking distance. Just what we were looking for.

great location by the port and the beach, and close to a car park. They really make an effort to make you feel welcome. they offer an espresso machine in the room and coffee pods, as well as games and beach towels. very friendly and great amenities for the stars/price.

“Price was fair, all was good,would go back for more choc-ices.”
Balcony view, location, cleanliness and the host who was very friendly offering choc-ices!! My only embarrassment seemed to be the result of drinking the local vin rose which led to my 'staining' the pillow with red patches at night!🙈🙈Covers were replaced every time!🤩but I stopped the rose and all was normal. Thanks host,,my aplogies

“Happy with my choice - all I needed!”
Well equipped to do some basic cooking and well located to the port, the beach and everything in the town. The room was clean and bright with a cute little balcony. I really enjoyed my stay and was happy with my choice.
