Dear Management, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your hotel and the lack of proper communication between your establishment and Booking.com, which caused me both financial and personal inconvenience. I arrived at your hotel after a long 24-hour journey from the UK, expecting to have three rooms booked, as per my Booking.com confirmation for three rooms and three guests. Unfortunately, I was informed by your reception staff that only two rooms had been booked under my name, for two guests. Despite showing my Booking.com confirmation email, which clearly stated the booking for three rooms, your staff were unable to assist me further at the time. I was forced to book an additional room and incur extra charges due to this discrepancy. To make matters worse, I was unable to contact Booking.com on the day of my arrival, either by text or phone, leaving me with no choice but to pay for the extra room. The following day, I was finally able to get in touch with Booking.com, and they assured me that I would not be charged for the extra booking. However, I have since noticed that payment for the additional room has been taken from my account, and I am now being charged for two nights in that room. This situation has been incredibly frustrating, and I believe it stems from inadequate communication between your hotel and Booking.com. The embarrassment I felt in front of my colleagues due to this confusion and the sense that it was my fault has added to my disappointment. I was made to feel incompetent in front of my team, which was not only unprofessional but entirely unnecessary. I request that you address this issue immediately. I expect Booking.com to honor their promise of not charging me for the additional room, and I also seek compensation for the inconvenience, embarrassment, and additional costs incurred during my stay. I trust you will take this matter seriously and rectify

“High-comfort rooms near the Littleton RTD (rail) Station, with some accessory improvements possible”
1) Staff was able to accommodate an after 1am check-in and a late check-out 2) The showerhead had more-than-5 water pressure settings 3) The entry area had a tiled foyer 4) The carpet was thick but not shaggy 5) Wake-up calls were arranged le for specific minute time, and were placed by automated voice 6) Breakfast possible 6) Near Littleton RTD ( denver rail transit) Station [but the rail line to the hotel doesn't operate between around 11pm to 5am, exact hours depending on day of week] 7) Nonrectangular sofabed was helpful 8) Slide-out, wire-rack drawers in dresser cabinet

Air condition barely cooled the room and would freeze up. had to use blow dryer to unthaw. front desk offered us a fan but did not seem to concerned. said there was no maintenance personnel onsite. very disappointed withour stay.
