“Great Stay”
The Innkeeper is very kind, personable & knowledgeable. We enjoyed chatting with him. The Barn at Spry Point is situated in such a beautiful location. The room & facilities were very clean & quiet, despite being fully booked. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a unique experience with picturesque surroundings. We hope to visit again in the future for a longer stay!

I would have likes a mirror in my room plus hooks to hang outerwear. I would have liked hooks in the shared bathroom to hang clothes and towel.

“A unique experience!”
This is a beautiful setting and very unique. The rooms are in a barn. The shared bathrooms were very comfortable and easy. The kitchen is well equipped. Very quiet.

“We would stay here again. David Wilmer was an excellent host and went out of his way to be helpful.”
Ned's was not advertised as B&B. However, he had excellent kitchen facilities. There was also a fridge in our room. You can cook your own meals instead of take-out and restaurants. Provided laundry facility. The place was quiet and the host was very helpful. The sunrise and sunsets were spectacular.
