Simple and fast check-in, precise instructions, kind host, perfectly clean. Only a 10minute walk from the city center.

The little villa is stunning, stylish and well equipped. Very little to fault.

The apartments are well equipped. Furniture, appliances, decoration - everything is super. We felt very comfortable staying there. It was very easy for us to communicate with the host and communication was very comfortable.

Great location/ place to visit Litohoro / Olimp/ Meteors. Perfectly clean/ well euipped-> waschingmachine/ hairdryer/ beach towels/ coffe machine + capsules/ sugar etc…Ice was waiting for us in the freezer ;). Owner sends you detailed instruction how to get to the Villa and what to see / where to eat. Great hospitality- we forgotten couple of things and there was no problem to take it back.

The hotel was very clean, big, and had a modern style with a nice garden. It's only a 10-minute walk from the city center, and there's a mini market close by.

An amazing apartment! The kitchen is great, the front yard is very special and there is a close parking lot (not a private one, but still). This place sets a very high bar for other places.

The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable bed. Fully equiped kitchen. It's a very easy 10 minute walk to the town center. The neigborhood itself is very quiet (we didn't mind, but if you're looking for hustling and bustling you wanna go somewhere else :))

Villa Philia is located in a lovely and quiet place in Litochoro. You are no more than 15 minutes walking to the base of Olympus, and to the city centre.

Excellent apartment, decoration, interior, stylish, mosquito nets on all doors / windows, excellent service - written with pictures instructions about EVERYTHING you needed to use apartment with pleasure.

the keys were easy to easy to get with the code I received . The inside property was gorgeous and so modern and clean.

“Disgraceful service”

Dear Sir, I booked and paid for the above property and am extremely disappointed with same. I drove 6 hours from Nafplio by car to Litochioro in Greece and arrived at booking address ref above. I used directions per confirmation booking but had great difficulty locating same. Thereafter, I used the telephone number provided on said confirmation to contact owner. This was to a land line in BELGIUM. The lady responded but clearly could not understand Greek. She briefly spoke in English asking who we were then said we were wrong and hung up !! Called again and this time the same lady confirmed the booking. When I advised the lady that we could not find address, the lady replied, in English, that the gps co ordinates on the booking form were incorrect and she said she had earlier forwarded correct details by email. I advised that I 'never received' same. The lady then sent a number of photos of property both exterior and interior. When asked for key to enter property, we received more photos, presumably number coded security. At this point, I have to say how disappointed I was with this highly unusual, in my opinion, 'welcoming !!' As a paying guest, I expect better. After some considerable time, we decided we were too tired to continue looking for the property entrance. Indeed, an elderly Greek lady approached us to point us in the right direction of the property while commenting this as a common occurrence. Finally, in frustration, we drove back into town and checked in to a central hotel we had visited before. In view of the above, I wish to Express my extreme disappointment and annoyance at the series of events and respectfully request full refund. Furthermore, as you will know, this is my 4th annual 6-7 months visit to Greece and I book many properties with your company and, until now, have been very happy with my experiences.
