“Outstanding service”
The staff were very friendly. The facilities were very clean and the bed was super comfy. On the day of checkout, I lost my earrings, but Ms. Dee Crowgey ensured that this was found and kept until a family member collected it for me. I would recommend this hotel if staying in Lithonia

“I had no stay, my reservation was canceled”
When I got there my reservation was canceled because I booked it on booking.com. being it was a third party booking booking.com couldn't see the was no rooms. I got there with no reservations thanks to booking.com!! I had to walk to another hotel that was a very horrible hotel.

I was charged for incidentals throughout my stay and yet I had no breakfast etc. Charges seemed to be random amounts. I have queried this and still not received my money back after 2 months!!!!

“it was pleasent, peaceful and the atmospher was great!!!”
we were greeted exceptional well, very pleasent receptionist. She took her time doing what she needed to do professionally with a smile and a sense of humor. The food was great! The waitress was exceptionally helpful. My mother 96 (in wheelchair) wanted to eat looking out the window. The waitress made it all happened for her and made her feel so special. The hotel has always been very clean and neat with a group of professional employees when we visit. Oh!! I can't forget housekeeping they were excellent to, any thing that we needed that they could supply when it was low, they were ready to supply it. This is our hotel when we stop through Lithonia,Ga and will recommend it to our friends. Those that bless the prophet will receive a prophet reward. Be blessed
