I booked and paid for a 3-night stay at this hotel, including breakfast. However, I only stayed for 1 night. The hotel took my details, including my card information, and promised to refund me for the 2 unused nights and breakfasts. It’s been over a month now, and I still haven’t received the refund. Even the director himself, who personally accepted my payment, assured me that the money would be returned. Unfortunately, this promise was not kept, which I find very unprofessional and unfair.

I love the fact that the hotel was really well located and also has really good accomodations which surprise me a lot , I loved the restaurant and specifically the attention,they really make you feel welcome. Overall really good experience .I don't know if previous comments are accurate or old but we did have an awesome experience and don't see any of the other comments in this experience maybe either the hotel fix it or we were lucky. anyway I super recommend it

“Disappointing pit stop”

Its geographic location. The separate twin bedroom for the kids. The beds were clean and comfortable. The restaurant attached to the hotel is good as it makes quality food and the staff is very attentive and friendly. They are sadly not in charge of making breakfast….They do deserve a good (separate) rating!

It is a really nice familiar hotel , 5 minutes from the basilique and 2 minutos to Downton by walking, I was a little concerned about previous comments about the decorations must be looking old or some humidity smell but honestly I didn't feel nothing like that , this is a traditional European style hotel, I need to highlight that is really clean and also the restaurant has really good plates and excellent service which is something really cool for the price is being offer it.

The room was well equipped, even with hair dryer. There was a little cattle and small biscuits too in the room. The hotel is well located, in the center of the town.

Bed was comfortable & the shower was good & hot. The restaurant was attractive & the food good (dinner & breakfast). I walked in dripping wet, but Mark made me tea before helping me take my stuff up to my room & then found a space in the single garage for my motorbike. All done with a smile 😊

Very friendly staff, great location, comfortable bed. On all 4 stays I have ate in the Hotel Restaurant, food is always excellent and great service.

Excellent location in the town centre. Good quality food served in the restaurant. Comfortable bed. Hot shower. Very good value for money for a town centre location. Lisieux is a great place to visit.
