Central location. Secure garage for our bike. Friendly staff. We enjoyed sitting in the bar area. The breakfast was generous. Dinner in the restaurant on our 1st night was an incredibly noisy event with 2 large groups of American tourists. The menu offers a vegetarian option. Waiting staff did a great job of serving efficiently. Easy walk into town. Liked the view out of our 4th floor window. A fan was available

The staff were so friendly...the hotel was perfect situated central in the town. Beds were so comfy. Shower was massive. Rooms very spacious. Food in the restaraunt was absoloutlely delicious.

The room had a street/town view. Scallywags on their loud scooters and cars with noisy exhausts can be an issue until late. Staff were extraordinarily helpful. Dining was great, a proper big noisy french dining room. Great ambiance. Grand hotel feel. Secure parking for my motorbike. There’s a lot to see in Lisieux.

Friendly staff, 5min from the Carmel, 10min walk to the basilica and 15min to the Buissonets. Breakfast and restaurant are very good too

Great location. Rooms spacious and well maintained. Breakfast was good. Garage parking really helped.

We have stayed here a number of times and the hotel staff are always friendly, relaxed and professional. This time there was Kevin and Cyrianne on reception and they were both lovely.

We found the staff extremely helpful and accommodating, with will/can do attitude when asked to do something, the customer-facing staff spoke English confidently and at a high level. Although we didn’t sightsee a great deal, the hotel appears to be central to most locations The lounge area is spacious and well provisioned and with tables and chairs to rest, relax and have a coffee or a drink
