I booked on Booking.com, Drove an hour from concepcion to find the place. When arriving the security wouldnt let me it, got instructions from the owner not to let me in. After 30 minutes the owner arrived and told me that the booking is not valid. I had to scramble around in Tome to find a place to stay. This property should not be hosted by booking.com.
