Breakfast exceeded all expectations — the dishes were generous, delicious, and fresh. A pleasant bonus was having a cozy table reserved just for us, where we felt especially comfortable. The service was outstanding: the attentive and friendly staff created a sense of care and hospitality from the very first moments. We would like to thank the owner of the hotel, Martina, and her mother, Caterina. Our waitress, Natasha, was exceptionally welcoming and friendly. This is our second time visiting this place.

Super easy access to lift in the wintertime. We went in summer and expected more lake view and nature. There is none of that

“Comfortable and convenient place to stay if you come for skiing.”
We like the location, food, comfort, no need to look for a restaurant in the evening. Easy parking, close to the slope and COOP.

The rooms were cold. Heating was completelly of in the room, outside was 5 degrees. We have arrived in the evening, when the heating was going to night-saving mode, so we were unable to get the room warm. Very disappointing that the staff did not heat the rooms and left them completely cold. They were helpfull and gave us electrical heater so we could bump the temperature up a little, but the floor, bathroom and everything still was cold. It took until next day the temperature to rise to comfy level. For a 4-star hotel, I would expect also at least mini-bar or tiny refrigerator, and also kettle with few tea bags in the room. Although the equipment was rather 3.5-star, not 4-star, the staff was very kind, heplfull and did their best (except the heating). Also, breakfast was very good.

“Comfortable and convenient place near a ski lift”
The location is great, near a ski lift. The room was very nice and clean. There was enough space for our clothes for the weekend for two and enough space for toiletries in the bathroom also. Breakfast was nice, with a sufficient choice for us. The restaurant in the hotel is one of the best in Lipno which is very convenient too. A storage room for skis and bikes is available as is a separate storage space for skiing boots with driers.

“Very nice little family hotel in perfect location for all you activities in Lipno”
Great location, not far from the city center where everything happens (about 3 minutes walk), but far enough so that you don't hear all the noise. Very close to many other attractions there (mainly the bobsleigh track and chairlift - if you ski or want to go for the treetop walk)... Hotel has 3 stars but should rather be 3S or 4 star.

“Great hotel, close to the ski lift”
We only stayed here for a night but we had a very pleasant stay. Room was nice and had a balcony with great mountain view.Restaurant personnel was very friendly and even served drinks a the (small) pool.
