Overview
Amenity Hotel & Resort Lipno is located in Lipno nad Vltavou right at the lake shore, with a beach situated in front of the hotel. Free WiFi access is available. The property offers two types of accommodation, hotel rooms and apartments. Hotel rooms come with a flat-screen TV, a minibar, bathrobe, slippers, free toiletries, and a private bathroom fitted with a bath or a shower. Certain rooms feature a balcony with lake views. Apartments then feature an outside seating area, living room, satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities and a safety box. Breakfast is served every morning. All facilities in the resort can be used by hotel guests at a surcharge. In addition, guests can take advantage of a 20 metre-long salt-water swimming pool. It is accessible free of charge daily until 13:00 for guests staying at the hotel, chalet, apartment or Deluxe Villas. For other, access can be purchased at the property. Free parking is available on site. Amenity Hotel & Resort Lipno is situated 3 km from Lipno Treetop Walkway and 2 km from the Kramolín Ski Area.

Very good location. Helpful staff at the reception The resort is large on the bank of the lake and very quiet Breakfast are really excellent Restaurant is good /good selection and tasty/ but the staff are summer workers /confused and not professional at all/ not matching the place.

“An Excellent hotel.”
The Hotel is located on the banks the lovely Lipno lake . We were there for only two nights and just loved it, The room was tidy and very clean, Restaurant was good. Breakfast was tasty with good variety, No parking problems too. The front desk staff were friendly and kind. We would like to especially thank Thomas from the front desk team for all his help which made our stay there excellent.

“Lipno lake is beautiful and this waterfront resort offers a great location.”
We enjoyed the bungalow very much, gave it an "at home" vibe. The resort has lots of fun things for the kids to do and the restaurant has great food. Staff is lovely.

“Excellent place to relax near Great Lake”
Clean, organized, super friendly staff, lots of activities (specially for families with kids). The restaurant of the resort serves very nice food. I guess in the summer with the lake should be pretty relaxing place

“Beautiful house in a stunning location”
Our family spent a lovely couple of nights in one of the deluxe houses. The house itself was exceptional, everything we could ask for, tastefully decorated and lots of space. We enjoyed all the facilities, the pool, the lego exhibition, play zone, bikes around the lake, bowling. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and tasty. We also enjoyed the restaurant in the evening. We went late October, which was a quiet time, and it was excellent value for money.

I can only recommend! A very peaceful place, with beautiful nature, a great swimming pool and spa. Outstanding staff at the recteption - very caring and making sure that the extra recomendations are fulfilled. A very rary occurence! Compliments to the kitchen staff for putting extra effort in preparing the dishes. Chapeau! Vegan friendly.
