“Much to love, one thing to hate”
All the positives mentioned in the other reviews are true: The staff is super attentive, they all reply within a few minutes of every message you send. Especially Louise, a kind and hard-working lady who takes perfect care of the villa. The pool is amazing - huge, not too deep and very refreshing. The aircon is working flawlessly and cools down the rooms efficiently. The kitchen area is clean and sufficiently equipped to cook. There is a brand-new washing machine, which caught us by surprise and is a very useful addition to the facilities. The Western area is the most isolated in Koh Samui: You can't order food from Foodpanda in Lipa Noi, there are no parties and there's not a ton to do. But this is something you embrace, if you decide to stay here and it is perfect to unwind and relax! A few restaurants around (especially Mom's Kitchen & Nanus) serve extremely delicious food.

Great villa. Great stuff! There’s lot of additional services that you can use. For example you can order food before you arrive, or you can order massages in the villas. Cleaning is every third day, all necessary things are included in the inventory. You need car if you want to around the island.

Fantastic value for money Villa. Very friendly hosts. A pleasure to deal with before, during and after our stay. A fantastic ' real' swimming pool. This is far from a mere plunge pool. First class furnishings in lounge/kitchen. Plenty of storage space. Location is great for a romantic get away. Lipa Noi is not suitable for Party People. A choice of family run Restaurants and a couple of mini marts within a 15 minute stroll.
