“Excellent for students who study at Valla campus”

The rooms are very close to Linköping university, which is fantastic, especially when I need to be at school late into the night, it's very convenient to have rooms close that are so close that one can walk to and from even late at night.

Not perfect but enough.

“Convenient for students”

I book Valla because I am a student studying at Linköping university on a distance course. The vandrahem is very close to the university building so it's convenient for going to and from lessons when I have to be at the university. I often work late, so having rooms that are close by is great.

I thought it was a very clean environment, it reminded me a little of my old student days, except it was a lot more quiet staying here. I really appreciated that the room had a personal shower and toilet. The linen was clean and the bed was comfortable. I liked that multiple light sources were provided, it made studying more relaxing. It was also easy to find the key locker and the accomodation, the instructions were clear.

A very affordable place to stay in Linköping. Clean, comfortable, and fairly priced. A great option for short or longer stays.

Last time was much better, this time too much noise so i cant sleep well also from top morning installation for solar panels on roof working and thats make too much noise .

Very helpful staff at reception

They were extremely irresponsible. My family and I had booked two rooms, and due to traffic, we arrived shortly after 3 PM. However, no one was there to receive us, and they did not answer any of my phone calls. We were left with no choice but to search for alternative accommodation, which caused us a great deal of stress. Despite this, they refused to refund our money. I’m very disappointed that Booking.com lists properties where no staff are available after 3 PM and where no one responds to calls. I chose this hotel because I trusted Booking.com, but unfortunately, I was let down.

“Basic and pleasant accomodation in beautiful surroundings”

Basic but nice rooms with hostel-style furnishing. The rural surroundings are very nice, and the university is right around the corner. Great space for working with desk and fast wifi. There is also a well equipped communal kitchen with ample space in the fridge. After-hours checkin works great.

It was super handy for LiU, and the late check-in process was really well done. Everything was handled very clearly.

Really comfortable, relaxed atmosphere, lovely setting, great kids play park nearby with lovely ice-cream shop. Lovely place.

The closeness to the Uni as I was attending an event there. The property is situated in a pleasant natural setting, and there is ample free parking.

Everything was good! Perfect to stay and work at LiU.

The property is clean and very convenient for Linköping University

Location close to the university campus, which was a great advantage. Our room was in one of the lovely wooden houses painted in traditional Swidish red. Clean and quiet. Lovely surroundings with a lot of trees, horse stables nearby, and paths for cycling and walking. Common kitchen with everything you need. About 40 min on foot to city centre or you can take a bus for 35 koron.
