“Highly disappointing and painful.”
I informed about our expected reaching time, unfortunately the Reception was closed when we reached around 04:30 PM, and no advance information was received on how and where to check-in. It was extremely windy and chilled evening, we were able to connect with the emergency support almost after two hours of relentless efforts to contact with the person on duty. He gave an accommodation of lower category than what we booked, this villa had another problem of chilly wind leaking from window of the bedroom, and we had to struggle during entire stay. Elect cattle was not functioning which added further difficulties. We briefed the Reception about the above issues at the time of checking out, who refunded 250 SEK because of allocation of inferior category Villa. However this can not compensate the extreme hardship we had to face.

“Sometimes cheap is too cheap”
Roof and walls were water damaged. Old and worn out. Lightfixures not attatched to wall, bq of mussing screws + broken lights. Dishes drying in the kitchen upon arrival. Funky, moldy smell. Freezing cold bq the radiators had not been started early enough. Wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.
