The warm, inviting initial welcome from the hosts. They were extremely accommodating and helpful. In the guesthouse is a wonderful restaurant with very delicious food. Highly recommend staying in and enjoying the well prepared and presented cuisine. Everyone was very willing to make our stay memorable. Definitely worth a visit.

“Wonderful stay with amazing breakfast”

This accommodation was excellent in every way. The arrival using navigation was completely smooth, and the ladies who welcomed us were wonderful, patient with my German, and very kind. The accommodation itself is nice, clean, and spacious, with everything one might need. There is convenient on-site parking with plenty of space, even when the guesthouse was fully booked. We stayed with breakfast, which was absolutely excellent. Downstairs there is a lovely restaurant with great cuisine. We stayed only for one night on our way to Switzerland, but it would have been great to stay longer. Thank you very much for everything.

It is a very well run place, they have thought of everything.( We had a family room, which had 2 bedrooms).Quality fitted accommodation. Staff very welcoming. Breakfast was excellent in a beautiful room. Sadly we only had one night here, would love to stay again. Lindau is 10 min in a car.

Fabulous location, among a vast area of apple orchards. The hosts have been very welcoming and attentive and the restaurant they ran offers local dishes which were absolutely incredible.

The staff are brilliant and super-attentive. They take special care to serve freshly cooked gluten free food, and the restaurant menu is delicious. Lenni the Golden Retriever is the best!

We have been on a bike tour. The hotel has a room where to keep the bikes. This is extremely helpful. The staff is very friendly.

“Fantastic friendly welcoming hotel”

We stayed one night as were passing through. It’s fantastic! So pretty, close to lake, very comfy clean and quiet room. Great breakfast and nice in house restaurant and really great staff. We were late and they let us call in a meal reservation so we weren’t hungry. Really great find.

This place was cozy and super clean. We were really comfortable in it and enjoyed the food in both the restaurant and the breakfast buffet. Everything worked out as it should and we liked it in general very much.

Exactly what you would expect from a place like this: - great hosts - excellent breakfast (tasty, fresh, low sugar, plenty) - spacious room (we travelled 2+2) - comfy beds - spotless clean all around - quiet area - convenient car park - a few minutes by car to Lindau town center - beautiful location surrounded by orchards

We booked here on the way to our holiday. Didn't expect too much, just to sleep over. But, it was absolutely amazing accomodation, lovely personel. The offer on breakfast was great, full with fresh and home made stuff. Would definitely return here. Room was big, bed comfortable. you have it 10 min by car to the Lindau island.

The hotel is in a quiet and very nice. surrounding. We had a tripple bed room, very clean, comfy, with very comformtable beds. The breakfast buffet offered everything you might like. We were at the fair in Friedrichshafen, and it was very fast get there by car.

“Charming family run hotel in a quiet location”

Excellent welcome. The staff were wonderful. It was exceptionally hot when we arrived and we were offered a cold drink at reception and a bottle of cold water for the room. The room also had a tower fan which was most welcome. We ate in the hotel restaurant and the food and service were first class (but do book a table in advance) as was breakfast the next morning. There was good info available for tourism and it is worth a visit to Lindau Island as recommended by the hosts. All in all, this is a charming family run hotel in a quiet location with great hosts and service. Spotlessly clean and with great food. Ample parking. We will return for a longer stay next year.
