There was no breakfast, but plenty of opportunities around the Hotel. As mentioned in other posts, the location is one room in a flat with shower and separate WC over the floor. Perfect for the kind of stay I was looking for.

Total scam. The actual product looks nothing like the pictures shown. Extremely poor value for money — definitely not worth it.

The guy renting the place was very friendly and flexible with both check in and out and didn't charge anything extra even though he could easily have done that. He was also easy to reach by calling. The price/quality factor is relatively good considering the area (~100€ / night).

“It was an awesome stay. Clean rooms, excellent location, nice stuff, I was very satisfied.”
The location is just awesome. The room was small but have everything what I needed for a short stay. For the value of money I was very satisfied. There is a beach nearby where you can swim and everything is nearby.

- The place is located very centrally on the island of Lindau which is why I chose it. I came for house hunting, as our family wants to move to Lindau, so this was a great location for me as it was so central and the price was great, too. My room was on the ground / upper ground floor on the left. -Spotlessly clean! ***** - Free upgrade at arrival to a bigger room with private bathroom (I had booked a single room with shared bathroom which was not available), so I really appreciated that. It was nice having my own bathroom. -On request (when checking in) I was kindly brought a kettle by the owner to be able to prepare my own tea / coffee which I was able to keep for the length of my stay (6 nights) which was nice.

“Horrible”
We did not expect to share bathroom with strangers. 4th floor no lift with our baggage that was no joke. When we asked owner if we can cancel he said yes but you will still pay the full price. Not happy at all.

“Lovely stay and lovely town.”
It was located just beside the lake. There was a parking garage just opposite. Coffee and tea were provided. It’s a typical German apartment. We enjoyed sharing with our children how we used to lived in a house like this.
