Lovely location for a quiet and pleasant vacation, connected to Lindau Insel by regular bus service. The room was very good and clean. The breakfast is a traditional German buffet, which was fine. Overall, a little on the expensive side, but it is a nice place! :-)

Room was a bit outdated, but clean and comfortable. Very glad there was a electric heater for a very cold spring night. There's a bus stop nearby to go to town. There was sufficient parking. Breakfast was very nice. Not a big variety, but the quality of food is good.

The property is clean, modern and in a great location. Great breakfast too. The host Evelyn is very helpful and has a GSOH. Evelyn kindly made a reservation for us at a local restaurant just across the road for dinner and it was excellent! Thanks very much Evelyn.

“Excellent Stay”

It was a nice ground floor room, nicely appointed. Although I a village outside Lindau, they provided for no charge a bus ticket with regular service into Lindau, it was nice to not have to think about the car and parking for a change. Nice German breakfast in a bright nice breakfast room.

Communication goes very well. The room was clean. Hotel and city of Lindau are very good connected.

The lady at the reception (the owner?) was friendly and hospitable, very helpful with everything. She spoke excellent English and it was very easy to communicate. We requested a room on the ground floor and we got one. We also requested an extra pillow and the lady found one for us. The hotel has some private parking, and we were lucky to park right in front of the room, half of the time, or around the corner. The room was large, with very comfortable mattresses (two mattresses, though, sometimes they spilt apart!). Excellent German breakfast with freshly baked bread buns, hard boiled eggs, cold cuts, cheese, good quality jams and honey, yogurt, fruit, cereal, coffee/cappuccino, and a choice of teas. We got free bus tickets, but unfortunately we didn't use them due to rain (and our personal difficulties). also the waitress at breakfast was very nice and helpful. Spoke English and Spanish, a little Italian.

It´s a lovely hotel and our room was amazing. Very big with loads of space and a wardrobe so we could unpack our bags. It was very clean and quiet and we had a lovely view, The staff were very friendly and polite and they always greeted us and wished a nice day. Breakfast was very nice and there were loads of choices and there were vending machines if you missed breakfast or wanted something later. When we checked in we were given a free bus ticket which was very helpful because we had already tried going to Lindau Insel but all the car parks were full so went on the bus that afternoon. If we went to this part of Bodensee again we would stay here again.

The breakfast was good and fresh. The staff was nice and they speak in English. The room was simple but worth the price. There are free parking lots for cars. The vending machines inside the B&B was lovely and with good products (wine and soft drinks).

Breakfast was cold but abundant. it needs to be ordered one day before, however, I managed to talk to the staff(manager) and get one by late notice (during the breakfast time). I have taken the room key by mistake, and the staff did have patience to wait for my colleagues in the Swiss to send it back ( with a bit delay). Great experience also made there with the hotel guests, we did a visit to the island center together.

It was nice and clean. The room was very well-furnished. We could park our bicycles under the roof of the hotel. We could even check in a little early (because of the rain). Thanks for the staff.

The reservation on booking was made for a certain amount, and on departure we were charged a higher amount of money, justifying the difference as the tourist tax although it was not specified in the reservation and on the website.
