I received an unexpected extra charge and was forced to pay it at check-in to be able to enter the hotel. I had already paid the full amount of the stay via the Booking.com app, but upon arriving at the hotel I had to pay 70 euros more than expected to be able to check in.

“Great budget hotel, clean & Comfortable.”
The room was clean, the double bed way firm and very comfortable and the shower was fab. We had a quiet nights sleep and felt refreshed to our onward drive to Toulouse. As we left at 05h30 we didn't have breakfast. The lady at reception was really helpful and made us feel welcome. An excellent stopover hotel!

“Dissappointed”
My guest Lee Lockett could not access the hotel at 4am in the morning as there was no one at reception & had to stay elsewhere. I have requested a refund for the 1 night's accommodation but nothing has been done about this?
