“I was very comfortable, the staff were charming and getting around was easy. Even the railway station is only a 10-15 mi”
The location is excellent, being opposite the fortress across the river. The underground car parking is a bit expensive but worth it. As the restaurant is on level 4, the views are wonderful. I thought the planning and execution of the build got it about right.

“A budget hotel which is trying very hard to offer something extra, very quirky, with staff who were very hard working.”
Eclectic and Bijou. The staff were very switched on, helpful, and really worked hard considering this is a bu£get hotel . Breakfast was very good value

Everything about it really. The staff were helpful and friendly and it was lovely and warm even though the temperatures were -5.5 outside. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfasts were extremely good. Our bed was so comfortable and we slept well as it was very quiet. Attached to the hotel is a fabulous restaurant and Cave which was packed at lunchtime 😀 The location was brilliant close to the Retail Park and we loved the quirkiness of the design of the hotel .

“Classier hotel than the others in the same area, great value for money, kettle in room a bonus”
Very stylish, facilities excellent, very nice room with (unusually for France) a kettle so you could make yourself a coffee (mugs and tea/coffee supplied). Excellent breakfast, friendly staff.
