“Refubrished and spacious appartment”

Appartment is refurbished and inside furniture is literally new. Then, kitchen is well-equipped and spacious. Additionally, the bed and sofa are comfortable. Bathroom is completely functional and shower is spacious. From 4th floor the view of the sea is awesome.

Good clean apartments with a reasonable price. Apartments is equipped with all necessary furniture and appliances (microwave oven, coffee machine, refrigerator, etc). Plenty of free parking places near the building. A 24-hour grocery store is located next door. Good spacious beaches are close to the apartments, there is also a eucalyptus grove next to the building.

The location is good, with sea view. Although can be located better in the rooms, Air-conditioning was very good

Very hospitable hosts. Nice apartment with everything for family stay. Great location. Free sand beach right across the street. No slopes, no stairs. Park area along the beach. Bus stops 50 meters in both directions. Regular supermarket 100 meters. A lot of small shops around, including 24 hours.

Very nice personel, appartment has all ameneties, it is very close to the Dasoudi beach, just across the road. Bus 30 very close will take you to the center of Limassol, else there is a big parking at the appartment. A bit noisy at night because of the cars but we had no problem sleeping. Shopping center Papas is 5 min by foot. lot of restaurants nearby. I would definitely recommend this area more than center of Limassol if you want to be close to a clean beach with umbrellas, showers, wc, etc. The promenade from Dasoudi to old port of Limassol is also very nice, around 45 min by foot.
