“A fantastic stay in a beautiful and welcoming place, we would love to come back!”

“Go somewhere else!! Filthy”
- A 6cm flying cockroach flying around the room at 9pm one night - called reception and he told me it was too late and hung up on me mid sentence! - was told someone would come clean the flat and get rid of the cockroach the next day - no one came! No apologies from them, they simply did not care - Walked in the first night to about 50 flies in the room all over the bed and the floor - clearly between this and the cockroach the cleaning isn’t done at all - There is a washing machine but they don’t even offer to sell you detergent

Very old furnitures, tv and ac was not working. The shower was turning to boiling hot temperature causing me burn on chest.
