The host was very helpful, always ready to give advice on travel, food, etc. He made breakfast before 5:00 AM so I could take the flight. He also walked with me to a local market, where I could taste peruvian dishes and the best fruit you can buy from the local vendors. Thanks Martin for a wonderful and pleasant stay in Lima.

“Humble homestay close to airport”

Martin was very welcoming and his communication was constant. A genuinely friendly and helpful man who does his best to look after you. He had a tea and cake ready for us even though we were held back at the airport waiting for bags. Got himself up at 4am to make us breakfast to take with us to the airport.

“A great budget stay 20 minutes from the airport”

A great little B&B. Martin is an excellent host. Incredibly helpful. Goes the extra mile to ensure you have a good stay. He offers a baggage storage service for a fee. And though his rooms are modest, it’s a perfect place not too far from the airport and near to some great restaurants and not too far from La Punta- which deserves exploring. Comfortable clean bed, hot shower and a great breakfast all at a very keen price.

Super clean really nice area felt really safe. The owner could not do enough for you just a 20 minute ride to the airport.

Nice for a stop over near the airport

It was very close to the airport, but in a nicer neighborhood. We were even able to walk to the Leyendas park. The owner is really kind and thoughtful, he had hot beverages and a pastry for us. It was like being at home. Breakfast was very good too.

Martin the host is the best host! Close to the airport in a safe area. Not too close to the city center but easy to get to by cab.

“Affordable place to stay at a reasonable distance from the airport, Very accommodating host”

If you need an airport stopover without going into town this place is very cheap and the owner very warm and welcoming even with very late arrivals and early departures. His taxi driver is also very helpful and affordable. Due to the road system it takes twice the time to get there (30 mins) from the airport than to get back to the airport (15 mins). We stayed there on two occasions on our way in and out of Lima, and Martin gave us breakfast on both occasions, once to take away and once to eat there. The traffic to get into the main part of town where all the restaurants are is terrible (about an hour) and so we would recommend staying here if you need to e close to the airport.

Martin our host was very friendly and helpful. Organised a taxi from and to the airport. Made us a delicious breakfast early so we could take it with us to the airport. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. Very close to the airport and in a safe quiet area. Many dining options available nearby. Highly recommend.

The host was helpful -- afternoon tea with cake both days, a wonderful omelet sandwich to take with me to the airport, clear instructions about how to get places, booking a driver to the airport -- really wonderful. The location is close to the airport and to the parque de las leyendas. It is residential rather than commercial or touristy, so keep that in mind. There are good markets nearby and it is a safe neighbourhood. The part of the B&B I was in would be perfect for a family or group travelling together as it had several bedrooms, a dining room, living room, all private. Much more than I needed as a solo traveller.

“Best host in Lima!”

Martin was the nicest host I ever met! He spoiled me with a tasty homemade breakfast, some ice cream in the evening and a bottle of water. Given the budget rate of the place, none of that can be expected - but for Martin, it was just normal hospitality. He really went out of his way. The house in a quiet, lovely and guarded neighborhood and thus feels super safe. It is also just 10 minutes away from the airport, which is a big plus if you are just arriving or departing Lima, as I was. The house is super clean and nice and the room was fine, too. I can only recommend staying here with Martin. I felt like home away from home, really.

“Perfect simple B&B for one night which is close to the airport”

I booked this B&B since I had a stopover in Lima. It was perfect for one night, very simple, but everything I needed. It is ca. 15-20 minutes from / to the airport. Martin is a great host, he was always very responsive and even prepared a sandwich since I had to leave early in the morning. There is no AC in the room so Martin provided me with a fan since it was very hot that night.
