Our hosts were great!!!especially Charlotte 🥰 My son was sick when we arrived and she was very understanding, even though we made some mess. Thank you again!!! The whole house is very nice and our room and bathroom clean and comfortable. We had to stay two nights instead of one and it was also no problem. If you want to get to know Peruvian hospitality with really good people, book Casa Verde in Lima. Thank you so much!

“Stress free”

The house is very clean and beautiful, the shower is nice. The room is very clean and comfortable with a very comfortable bed, the owner is very kind and allowed me to stay until 6 the next day because I was very unwell.

“Very friendly and homey guesthouse”

The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming. It felt like staying with friends and family. The hosts and other guests were often hanging out in the dining area or backyard, and the atmosphere was very convivial. We were there for 6 nights and had a chance to get to know the hosts and a few of the guests that were staying long-term. The kitchen was really good, the best on our trip The hosts use it, too, so it was well equipped, not neglected and full of broken old crap like a lot of shared kitchens. The neighbourhood is very quiet and nice. There's a strip mall nearby with a lot of good restaurants. Also nearby busses going downtown and to Miraflores. There weren't really any tourists attraction within walking distance, but it was a really nice neighbourhood to be in, especially for a longish stay.

Our hosts Charles and John Paul were amazing. They made us feel really welcome and gave us lots of tips and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Excellent value for money.

The house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood of Lima. We were greeted by the owner who was very nice and kind. He didn't speak English well, but we got along well. The access to the room is through the living room of the house, which is a certain inconvenience, but in our case it was not a problem, since we were only for one night. The room was quite narrow. The bathroom is adjacent to the room, but with external access. We had a large veranda with a table and chairs at our disposal where we had dinner. Street parking available.

Good price and safe neighborhood

Everything was perfect. Comfortable bed. Kitchen was good equiped. Fridge was there so we could leave our food there. We had our own keys from the accomodation. It is located in safe and quiet area. 400 metres from accomodation is supermarket Metro. Plus our host (Charles) was super nice. He helped us with changing the money. He even showed us safe and cheap taxi application. Our Spanish is not good so he tried to teach us some spanish words. He recommended some cool places to see in Lima ☺️ I think I can say that it was best accomodation in Lima ☺️

“Best place to discover Lima”

We had a warm welcome from Charles. It felt like at our home. Is is very close to the centro historico and Barranco where we found some good coffee. We can recommend Casa Verde. Thank you for beeing our host ❤️

Everything was great. Charles helped us out with our Sim Cards, showed us an amazing restaurant (fusion Peruvian/asian) which was just amazing. He was so kind, friendly and helpful, we can only recommend him 100%. The neighborhood is really safe, there is a huge shopping mall if needed next to the house. Our room and bathroom were lovely, and there is a very nice backyard with tables if you want to stay outside. We did not use the kitchen but could have, Charles made us feel at home even though our Spanish was far from perfect. We just arrived from Colombia and this is hands down the friendliest host we have had so far. Muchas gracias Charles por tu hospitalidad y amabilidad. Hasta luego!!

Everything was amazing ! Charles was super flexible and helped us out with flight which was late at night. Allowed us to stay longer and use the facilities way past what is reasonable.
