The owner is polite and friendly. There's a beautiful small terrace next to the house. The house is warm.

No noise insulation is completely absent. Children's blankets are short. Location of the hell where, and even near the railroad. The bathroom is shared by 4 or 5 rooms, which is not specified in the description There is a kitchen but no chairs. The room is located in the basement of an apartment building, the windows face the sidewalk. There is no access to the terrace indicated on the photo. And so enumerate all the shortcomings can be a long time. Maybe for Oslo 40€ for such a horror is normal. But in general - if it wasn't absolutely necessary, I would never rent this place.
