“A Short Step to The Ancient City”
Located at Lijiang Ancient City. Great views of Yulong Snow Mountains. As part of IHG situated next to the intercontinental which you have the option of using both facilities. Enjoyed the breakfast. Staff were all attentive and accomodative, Byron and David were great in helping organising some breakfast prior to catching the sunrise at Yulong.

“An experience on its own”
Beautiful facilities nicely integrated in Lijiang Vila stile. Rooms are large, new, and very comfortable. Room had a nice view - good to have a tea and read a book by the window. Very attentive staff - I lost my early morning train to Shangrila as it was impossible to find a taxi due to CNY and the concierge arrange a car for the day to allow me to visit Shangri-La. Day receptionists/ manager have good English.

Beautiful hotel.. thoughtfully designed rooms and amenities. Great location for first time visitors - easier to explore Lijiang and nearby ancient towns. Service is good, staff are friendly - especially Patrick who was very hospitable and helpful. Being next to Intercontinental is great as we could access the gym and pool.
