“Superb!”

The room was very clean, modern and well presented, also the bed was very comfortable. It is a credit to the owners Giuseppe and Stefy, who were extremely helpful and friendly. Giuseppe went above and beyond by picking us up from the train station.😃 I would highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone.

Amazing place- spotless, modern, run by a lovely family. Owners gave me loads of tips how to organise my activities best and even picked me up from bus stop when I arrived late. Property is within 10 min walking distance to train, bus, center - beach 2 min away, restaurant next door. Fabulous location and fabulous place. If I visit lake Como again- I will only stay here- couldn't recommend it highly enough 🥰🥰

The place is very modern and chic with great transport links between the golden triangle. The owners are genuinely nice people with a beautiful Italian restaurant with over a 150 yrs of history, the place is mesmerising ✨️

Everything about this hotel has been an amazing experience, the family environment taking care of every single detail, Stefy helping and accommodating me in the best way, giving guidance and advice as of where to go, and even on my last day, offering me a towel to enjoy the beautiful beach at the Lake, which is 1 min away, are gestures that have touched my heart. The room was absolutely clean, with everything one needs, including kettle and coffee, beautiful bathroom with nice perks included. The Restaurant they run, "Il Crotto" is also impressive, more than 100 years of existence, with local cuisine and authentic ingredients from the area, including frish from the Lake. I tried an incredible Spinach Green pasta that they prepare from scratch following their original recipes, a real pleasure to eat it and again nice small details like a free Prosecco and appetisers to enjoy. I cannot praise the team working at this beautiful hotel enough for how nice they make my experience, for sure I will come back and will recommend to friends and family!

This is honestly the best place I’ve ever stayed in.First of all, the room is extremely comfortable and huge for one person. I had a single room and it was more than enough for me honestly bigger than I expected for just one person. The room was absolutely spotless, sparkling clean and everything smelled so fresh and good the moment you walk in. The bathroom is literally huge and the shower is amazing. The bed is very very comfortable. I had been walking the whole day and was exhausted and just snuggling under those sheets felt like heaven. The room also has a balcony and the whole ambience of the room is just so relaxing and perfect after a long day exploring. Another thing I have to mention is how incredibly kind the hosts are. They are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. At one point I got stranded in a random town and they helped me get back to the guest house, which I will never forget. They really care about their guests. They also have a restaurant and I highly recommend eating there. The location is perfect. The beach is literally one minute walk from the house. If you wake up early enough, you can have the whole beach to yourself. I woke up at 7 a.m. one morning and went there, and I had the entire beach to myself for almost two hours. It was one of the best moments of my trip. The house is also ten minutes walk from the station, which makes everything very accessible. If you want to go to varrena its 10 minutes away by train And honestly, for the price you pay, I still can’t believe it. For how clean, accessible and comfortable the room is, it is literally a steal. I’m planning another trip very soon. This will 100% be my stay every single time I visit Lake Como.

Location is amazing, only 10-15mins of walking from station. 1 min away from the beach and fantastic restaurant right next door! Very clean, new and comfy!

“Modern and superb B&B”

One of the best run properties I have ever come across. Superb communication from the time of booking till arrival, the rooms are modern, very clean and thoughtful. Its 10 mins walk from the station, an easy 10’mins train to Varenna every hour. A beach and nice hikes around. The village is less touristy and shops are cheaper than the neighbouring towns. Certainly a great place to explore the area.

They are attentive people, always ready to help and to make sure everything goes perfectly. I was deeply touched to meet such warm and caring hosts <3 The accommodation was impeccable, clean, well organized, and exactly as described. Everything was clearly indicated and designed for the comfort of travelers. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone wishing to discover the area in the best possible conditions. “Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!”

Stefania and Giuseppe were incredible hosts! They helped us in so many ways. My fiancé proposed to me on this trip on Lake Como. Stefi helped him organise a great deal of the proposal from booking a private boat tour, organising a lovely dinner afterwards and flowers for the room. They also helped us multiple times when we were stranded due to the train strikes. I would also recommend their restaurant, Il Crotto which is on the same property. It was some of the best food we had in Italy! I’ve included photos of a view from the property, as well as the food from Il Crotto.

The property was clean and well thought out. The proprietors were lovely. And, it's just 2 mins from a beach with the most beautiful view across Lake Como.
