The hosts were very friendly, everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast was simple, don’t expect too much — just coffee and a sandwich — but the location and atmosphere felt very Italian. I would come back.

The room was very comfortable. We stayed in the room downstairs. The owner was very kind. we missed one night due the floods around Milano and the lady offered us a late breakfast as we arrived next day around lunch time. Lierna is a good place to explore lake Como. The train station is about 12 minutes walk to the B&B.

Lierna is a beautiful spot and this guest house is perfectly located by the beach to the north of the main centre. Lake swimming with gorgeous views of surrounding landscape and villas was perfect! The B&B has a very cute garden and terrace area at the front. My hostess was lovely, helpful and kind, and the house is very comfortable with common areas including terrace, balance and living room so you can feel very relaxed. I enjoyed the varied artwork and prints around the walls also. My room even had its own patio garden outside the door. I’d happily return!

Everything about this stay was perfect. The location is wonderful, the outlook is beautiful, the property is charming. Easy to navigate without a car and a great base to explore different parts of the region. I highly recommend this B&B!

As a young couple, we loved this B&B and our host Liù so so much. Liù does everything to make you feel as comfortable as possible and from our first night we have recommended her to so many friends and family wishing to stay in Lake Como! Liù prepared breakfast everyday from 8-9:30 and it was delicious, including a wide spread of fruits, pastry, coffee, eggs, toast etc. The room was so comfortable and really felt like home away from home including an ensuite bathroom and wifi. The house is also a short walk from both a train and bus station, making it very easy to explore Lake Como and other nearby cities. We would also like to add that we had a day trip to Lugano, Switzerland, and due to a late train, we missed the final bus. We had asked Liù if she knew of any taxis, but she insisted that she pick us up and take us home - on top of a delayed train that resulted in a late night, but Liù was an angel and assured us it was ok. We appreciate Liù and Lierna so much and are so excited to return one day, and we really can’t recommend it so much!!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this lovely place. Every corner of the house was beautifully and thoughtfully decorated - feel warm and welcoming. The view facing the lake was absolutely stunning - peaceful and refreshing. The owner was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel right at home. Recommended!

Liu’s home is very welcoming and atmospheric. The surroundings are beautiful, with a beach by Lake Como not far from the apartment, as well as nearby restaurants. Inside, the place is clean and cozy – a perfect spot for relaxation. The breakfasts in a peaceful setting are especially worth mentioning: the host plays calm instrumental music while you enjoy your meal and the incredible view. “Good value for money B&B in nice area”

Nice cosy place to stay in great location around Lago di Como if you don't want to be in the most crowded places in Como. Good tidy room and helpful hostess. Good value for money.

The room is quite comfortable and clean. The garden is very nice. Overall not a bad stay, but the fact that we are staying inside the host house and she is living in a room next our room, means I will not return to this property.
