“Dingy, but the beach is great!”
I really loved the beach nearby: it’s extremely shallow and with a nice sand floor, so you can wade and swim in a large area. The location is surprisingly close to Lieksa town center, and each cabin has a little fridge.

Restaurant was not working. Kitchen in the cabin had absolute min. dishes, we were 4.people and there were 4 knives and forks, 4 plates, 3 water glasses sovery difficult to actually make any food . For 1 night its ok.

“Nice campsite in Lieksa”
The campsite is located on the shore of the lake and still very close to the city center. We spent just one night there, however, we liked the place, kitchen facilities and showers. The cottage has its own heating, which was very comfortable on the cooler day.

“Perfect for a short stay”
We had that cosy cabin No. 8, near to the shoreline. The little kitchen worked well, even if the drain was leaking. But no problem if you put the bucket underneath. Very comfortable beds! We liked the small canopy, so we can sit outside, even in rain. Thank god there are mosquito nets at the windows! Otherwise you could have really been in big trouble...
