“It was ok, has potential to be a very lovely apartment, but needs a good clean and some maintenance.”
It was a good size and the location was ideal for the centre of liege. The kitchen was modern with a good sized freezer and fridge.

Spacious apartments located in the very city centre. They could provide excellent accommodation if well managed. Unfortunately, it is not.

“I would not recommend staying at this apartment and am quite frustrated with our experience! the power went out part way”
Upon arrival there was no soap for the shower or for your hands. Someone had urinated in the hall way and both nights there was someone sleeping in the hall way that we had to walk over. The lift wasn’t working, and the entire hallway was full of dirty and clean towels that we had to step over. The music was so loud with no sound proofing that we couldn’t sleep until 7am when the music finished - on a Thursday. Two of the towels were dirty and there was old rubbish in the apartment.

A good definition of an unkept place. What was that in the elevator? It smells awful. To describe it simply the facility needs a new set of managers.

We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The hot water was not working, which made it difficult for us to take a proper shower. In addition, we noticed several broken items in our room, and some of the lights were not functioning. We also felt unsafe during our stay because there was no visible security in the building, and we were surprised to find out that the main door could be easily pushed open. Overall, we were not satisfied with the quality of our stay and would not recommend this hotel to others.

very bad, very dirty apartment, the host does not work without support, beggars enter the building and sleep in the entrance, broken blinds, clogged bathroom sink, room without lamps, a lot of dust, a lot of noise, the building is very dirty

The photo presented in booking page. But in reality there was to much dirt on the floor, under the bed i think they never clean, also the kitchen table was with dirt.

It didn't rain inside. And had a balcony overlooking the pubs in the area. If you are there to party it's the ideal location.

“Do not stay here if you don’t want to party. Terrible company to deal with.”
The location is great and very central if you are there to enjoy the nightlife. Avoid if you want a good nights sleep as you are in the centre of bars and clubs.

“The apartment wasn't clean, the sofa bed is terrible and they hadn't left bed linen for it.”
