Room was great, bathroom is great too ! People were friendly and no noise in the hotel. We didnt hear the train either thanks to the thick windows. I would stay there again

“Excellent location. Good quality room. Uncomfortable mattress.”
Excellent location - very easy to access from station and can be seen from arriving train. Rooms are furnished to a good standard and are much better than the outside view of the hotel implies. Walk to Cathedral/centre takes around 20 minutes and is an easy walk. Rooms are soundproofed very well and there is almost no noise from outside even being so close to station.

“Fraud hotel”
The hotel is a fraud. The room given was nothing like the photos on Booking.com. the room was really bad. After taking this up with the manager, He said he didn't have any room available to change. The manager was very rude. I left the hotel and stayed at a different hotel.
