The apartment is conveniently located. The commuter train station is within walking distance, providing connections to Rome. The sea view from the window is beautiful. The coastline is not far, but it's surrounded by private beaches, bars, and restaurants. There are excellent viewing platforms. The public beach is a little further away, toward the center of Ostia. The Conad supermarket is located a short distance away, it's best to drive there. Parking is available in the public parking lot, which is visible from the window. Parking spaces kept appearing and disappearing. We moved the car a couple of times to get closer. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, there were 4 of us. The beds in the bedrooms are comfortable, but the sofa in the living room creaked a little. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils. There is Wi-Fi, 2 balconies, and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is on the second floor. During our stay, the heating was turned off at night (due to residents' complaints, the condominium turned off the heating at night). It was cold, but we kept warm with an electric heater. If you turn on several powerful appliances at once, the circuit breaker will trip. You can turn the electricity back on in the apartment or in the stairwell. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The apartment owner, Pietro, was very kind and responsive.

“Comfortable apartment in a quiet area, friendly and obliging host.”

The host was very attentive, the apartment and balcony spacious; we only stayed 2 nights but the kitchen had everything you needed. As it is in a quiet area, even if some times there was no parking available on-site it was easy to find close by.

A wonderful owner who was waiting for us at the apartment, we were warmly welcomed, he prepared cold drinks in the fridge, we were a group of 4 friends in the apartment there were 2 bathrooms, and the apartment was clean and pleasant, had 2 balconies with a sea view, clear instructions for bars, restaurants, communication. During our stay we had a small problem in the city, I asked Pietro for help and he helped us solve the problem the same day after work. We definitely recommend and will gladly come back!

It was easy to communicate with the host and get all the necessary directions. He explained us everything and answered all our questions.

The host of the apartment Pietro is very nice and caring. He prepared maps of the area around the house with recommended restaurants, pizzerias and other attractions. For children he brought a specially inflatable dolphin to swim in the sea. Fantastic contact - the host on Whatsapp immediately answered all our questions. The apartment is stylish, very clean and equipped with everything a family with children needs. A few hundred meters away is the beach, at a similar distance is the Metromare suburban train station allowing for quick and cheap access to the attractions of Rome.

The location was convenient for the beach and travel to the airport the next day. There were two bathrooms and the balconies were large and faced the sea. The host was exceptional in arranging the keys and briefing us on all the important aspects of the apartment.

The host pietro & his wife where exceptionaly friendly and gave us a lot of knowledge of the area which made getting around so easy. The apartment was spotless clean, well equipped with everything you could possible need during your stay. The apartment was very well located to the beach, train station, restaurant and Bars but still lovely and peaceful. Pietro had all maps and information readily available which made our holiday so much more enjoyable. Pietro was available to contact at any time trough out are stay which gave us a great feeling of safety and comfort trough out our holiday. I would highly recommend everyone to stay here as train makes it very easy to travel all over Rome but still have peaceand quite location.

Very nice! The appartment is very clean, comfortable, big, very close to the sea, so we could see it from the terrace while eating! The owner is very welcoming, friendly, explained everything. “Warm place for staying near Rome”

The host, Pietro was very kind and helpful. The place is welcoming and spacious and you immediately feel at home. My kids liked the fire TV, I liked the equipped kitchen and the view from the balcony.

The apartment had a nice old style furniture. It was very clean and confortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The owner, Pietro, greeted us very friendly to hand out the keys. He explained in details everything about the place and surroundings, but also provided us with helpful information about our stay in Italy. It was a nice short vacation for us all. Is definitely a place we will visit again.

“Memorable experience”

This apartment has an irresistible Italian charm! With its layout and stunning sea view, we instantly fell in love with the terrace and balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed, although a frying pan for morning eggs would have been a nice addition. There were fans and mosquito repellents (no need to use the repellents though) available. The apartment had two bathrooms, which was convenient for our family. There are private beaches, clubs, and restaurants nearby. But what truly made our stay memorable was the owner, Mr. Pietro. He welcomed us with open arms and made us feel right at home. He was incredibly thoughtful and went out of his way to ensure we had a fantastic stay. Mr Pietro and his wife arranged for us to check in earlier and even surprised us with a welcome drink. And when we had left something behind in Ostia after moving to a different hotel in Rome, he personally delivered it to us. We can't thank Mr. Pietro enough for making our time in Rome truly unforgettable.
