A great place for a family holiday. Comfort of air conditioned spacious apartment. Just minutes walk from the beach and minutes walk from the train station.

The property is very comfortable, it has very modern facilities like total black-out blinds, which was so useful with little kids around. The kitchen is fully equipped with toasters and coffees and electric kettle. The host even provides basic amenities like salt and olive oil and sugar. It is well placed next to the train station. It has all the necessary amenities close by, a supermarket, a bakery just outside the building, 😀 a pharmacy just behind, a fruit shop and especially a restaurant that serves such good and reasonable food all day long, which is always handy when you're away from home. A great find!!!! Highly recommended!

Location is amazing. Close to the beach and metro station into Rome. There were only 2 of us and the apartment was spacious with a great selection of kitchen utensils (though we didn’t cook much)

Great location, a stone through the sea front. The calm district not far from the downtown with groceries and restaurants. Silvia and Dario are great hosts, they provided us with a lot of useful information. The apartment is bright and clean and fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances.

All, excellent communication, very thoughtful sharing all the details for the apartment etc. Location is very handy and close to most point of interests in Ostia, walking distance from the beach

The owner Siliva contact me in the right time about my arrival, she was very helpful about taxi and other informations. Accomodation is cosy, great dispositions of rooms, external blinds make a fine temperature inside, the entrance very clean with nice smell :) Location is perfect, close to station to train to Roma and also close to beach, local restaurant with tasty Italian food, cafeteria, grocery.

You feel just like home!

Apartment was clean and had all necessary equipment, at least for us. Quality was not perfect, as its not new anymore, but really good. Location really perfect, near to metro, beach, shop, bakery and restaurants. I can recommend.

“Well... Hit the bull's eye!! Rome, Ostia Antica at your fingertips”

The apartment is located in a good neighborhood. Silence peace. Close to the beach, train station and shops :) Helpful hosts, we picked up the keys very late at night > no problem< The apartment itself was well-equipped.

It's very modern and spacious for five people. It's near by the sea and metro station.

“Definitely recommend for calm vacation”

The flat is located in quite part of Lido, 2 grocery shops nearby. 10 min to the sea by foot. The owners are very nice and good in communication. The is aircon and washing machine. Great to stay there with kids.

The beach is close to the apartament.

The appartment is nice and big. We do not miss anything serious.

“Great Place to stay”

The location was perfect as it was close to the beach, grocery store and train that connects you to the Metro Line B. The hosts were super nice and helpful, even booking taxis for us. I will certainly stay here again.
